Shipping Information
All orders are insured up to $100 (order value) for lost or damaged packages ♡ For peace of mind - for you (and us!)
You can also have the option to purchase additional shipping insurance coverage if your order value is higher.

Combining Orders
You can request multiple orders to be combined if you haven't received a tracking number yet.
When you place your next order, mention your previous order # in the notes and say that would you like to combine them. You can also respond to your order confirmation email with your order numbers.
Can I change my address?
You can change your address if you haven't recieved a tracking number yet.
Please reply to your order confirmation email with your new address.
Please include this information:
• Order Number
• Email address you used for your order
• New address
Where is my order?
Note: Orders have taken a bit longer to arrive due to the Covid-19 virus pandemic. We really appreciate your patience!
If you haven't recieved a tracking number yet and you purchased a preorder item, please review the preorder page for the most current information about the estimated fulfillment timeline.
If you have recieved a tracking number for your order already, please check your tracking information and contact your local post office for any shipping-related questions.

I didn't get an email about my order
Our website sends automatic email updates after you place an order, when your item ships + tracking information, and delivery confirmation (if delivered within the USA). If you are not receiving any emails, please first check your junk / spam mail. If you still do not see an email from us, then most likely there might be a typo in your email address. Please contact us using the form below and use the same email address that your order should have used. Any details such as which items you have ordered would also be helpful.
I forgot to add a discount code to my order
We are unable to apply discount codes after you have placed your order.
If you haven't received a tracking number yet, you can place a new order with the discount code applied. When you place the new order, you can either leave a note on your new order, reply to your previous order confirmation email, or contact us using the form below and let us know you'd like to cancel your previous order.
I have a problem with my order

How do you grade pins?
⭐️ Our quality grading policy is primarily for Enamel Pins. Our other products are not graded unless otherwise listed ⭐️
HANDMADE ITEMS can have slight flaws that naturally occur during production. Realistically no handmade item is perfect, so we sort our inventory to ensure that you are able to get the best quality available. Prices will be marked down for lower grades ♡

Low quality pins that do not pass our inspection will not be sold. We don't sell pins that are highly damaged, missing parts, or have horrible issues.
Standard Grade:
May have barely noticeable imperfections under close inspection. Standard grade is the best quality available in each design/batch. If there is a minor flaw that is across more than 20% of each batch, that will be considered part of the standard grade for that design/batch. No major flaws will be considered standard grade.
B Grade:
Noticeable minor flaws and very close to being a Standard grade.
C Grade:
Only available at our in person events! Visible minor and/or major flaws. Highly discounted and perfect for those on a budget!
Minor flaws:
• Stray glitter
• Wiggly posts
• Mis-filled enamel in a tiny area
• Low fill or spillover in small areas
• Tiny dents, specks of dust, scuffing, or scratches
• Minor discoloration only noticeable in certain angles
• Small areas of thickened metal lines
NOTE: Enamel pins with large areas of metal are more likely to have small scratches/scuffs, or water marks that naturally occur during the polishing process.
Major flaws:
• Missing enamel fill
• Mis-filled enamel in large or focal areas
• Low fill or spillover in large or focal areas
• Deep dents or large scratches
• Excessive bubbles or dust in enamel, glitter, or epoxy

Do you restock?
We prioritize creating new things, so restocks are never guaranteed and based on demand. Some designs might restock in new variants or as a completely different product type - ie: designs may return as a sticker, charm, etc.
[LIMITED] designs: Like the name says - these designs are [LIMITED]. Get them while you can because these items are the least likely to come back. [LIMITED] items will only be considered for restock if there is a high demand. Preorders will usually determine the initial stock and restock quantities. Please vote on our preorder interest posts to bring back sold out designs on our social media accounts!
It's possible there might be some C grades of some of our older [LIMITED] designs left! They are heavily discounted and only available at our in person events!

Will you restock 'Standard Grade' pins if they're sold out?
We don't consider restocking unless we are completely sold out of a design and there is still high demand for it. Please consider supporting our preorders - preordering is the only way to guarantee you'll get the best quality pins ♡

These designs are only created by demand and might not come back. Please look out for preorder interest posts on Instagram!

Can I wait for the in-hand drop instead of preordering?
[LIMITED] designs are made based on preorder demand. This means that there may be very limited stock left after fulfilling pre-orders. Any leftover pins will be first brought to our in-person events and then we might not have many left to drop on our online shop afterwards. We encourage you to preorder so you don't miss out on these exclusive designs ♡ Also sign up for our emails for early access so you can have the best chance for our in-hand drops!
